Jarosław Cybulski, CEO of Janda

 

 

 

It all started with a meeting, a conversation and a desire. Krystyna Janda asked Jarosław Cybulski, who is a chemistry graduate and privately her friend, to create „a cream just for her”. Krystyna wanted the cream to be versatile – something she could use in the morning and in the evening, something that would hydrate the skin and improve its condition. Especially since she loves…. to look natural. She doesn’t normally wear make-up, she likes her skin to rest after wearing heavy theatre make-up, which she applies and removes up to three times a day. Janda is an immensely energetic woman, she lives in the fast lane, she runs a foundation and two theatres. That is why she needed an exceptionally effective and fact acting cream.

 

 

 

Her wish was granted. Krystyna tried out tens of tests on samples, which a team of handpicked specialists created in the lab, especially for her. That is how the brand’s flagship product – „No. 1 Cream” came to be. Krystyna Janda fell in love with it, and now she doesn’t leave home without it! As she puts it - she got so into the idea that she decided to allow Jarosław’s team to name the whole brand after her.

 

 

That is how the JANDA brand came into existence. For Him it was making his lifelong dream come true. For Her a new and exciting challenge. She had always been a fan of cosmetics. During her many travels she always came back with new, innovative and interesting products that she’d picked up at local perfumeries and shops. Jarosław Cybulski carefully chose a team of outstanding experts, who spent years gaining experience in large, multi-national cosmetics companies. The great experience and skills of the R&D, marketing and business specialists are what makes the JANDA brand special.

 

Krystyna Janda had an active part in the creation of new recipes, supporting the team with her energy and creativity. "I discussed every aspect with the team: the consistency, colour, scent, efficacy” – says Janda. "We all agreed that we will not make promises beyond measure. Women are not naive. Especially mature women. They have been though a lot in their lives, tried many cosmetic products. Our promises are realistic” - she adds. The whole team fought to make JANDA cosmetics available at reasonable prices, despite having very rich formulas. They made it happen! That is how a unique collection of face care product for mature women came to life. And that’s just the beginning!
